If interested in one of these fur babies, please DOWNLOAD AND SAVE A COPY of the below application form. **************PLEASE DO NOT FILL THIS FORM OUT ONLINE AS IT WILL NOT SAVE YOUR INFORMATION Once you save a copy to your device and fill it out, please attach your filled out form in pdf format in an email and send to us at AdoptaDoodleSC@gmail.com We will notify you by email, phone call or text once we receive your application. Once approved, we will then schedule a *meet and greet with the puppy or adult dog you inquired about.

ADOPTION IS THE BEST OPTION!

***PLEASE NOTE*** Due to the rising cost of veterinary care, spay/neuter surgeries, teeth cleaning, flea/tick/heart-worm preventatives and dog food, our Adoption fees have been increased. Adoption fees are based upon age, health, temperament, size and training so adoption fees vary between adoptees. Adoption donation fees vary from $450 on up to $950. All dogs will be microchipped, fully vaccinated and adult dogs will be spayed or neutered prior to going to their new homes. Puppies under 12 months of age will require a very strict Spay/Neuter contract and will require a REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT IF ADOPTEE IS TOO YOUNG TO BE SPAYED OR NEUTERED AT TIME OF ADOPTION, which is included in the adoption price. All Spay/Neuter deposits will be 100% refunded upon proof of spay/neuter being completed at appropriate age ( 12 months or older or as advised by your veterinarian).

Our Sanctuary - Permanent RESIDENTS of Adopt a Doodle SC

PLEASE NOTE

The following dogs shown here have been surrendered to us over the years and for one reason or another we are unable to adopt them out due to either health or behavioral issues they are dealing with. In these cases we care for them as part of our sanctuary and they will live the remainder of their lives here with us at Adopt a Doodle SC.

OTTO - Part of our sanctuary not up for adoption

Meet Otto, he has been a permanent resident of Adopt A Doodle SC for 2 years now. He was the inspiration and catalyst to the idea of a Sanctuary in certain special cases where the dogs that are surrendered to us we deem non-adoptable due to health or behavioral issues.

SADIE - Part of our sanctuary not up for adoption

Meet our newest permanent resident Sadie. She is a mini Bernadoodle and was recently surrendered to us due to her owner passing. We have agreed to care for her as part of our sanctuary and not put her up for adoption. She will remain with us here at Adopt a Doodle SC. She has already fit right in to the “pack” and has made best friends with LouBou.

EMILY - Part of our sanctuary not up for adoption

Meet Emily, she is another permanent resident of Adopt a Doodle SC due to her owner passing . Upon her surrender to us, our veterinarian diagnosed her with Corneal Endothelial Degeneration and she is unfortunately losing her eyesight and is slowly going blind. She will be living her remaining years here with us.

LOUBOU - Part of our sanctuary not up for adoption

Meet LouBou, she was surrendered to us by her owner as a permanent resident of Adopt a Doodle SC due to having to undergo multiple vulvoplasty surgeries and as a result she suffers from continual UTI’s as well. In addition, LouBou requires a specialized home cooked diet which we are happy to cook for her weekly. She will be living her remaining years here with us.

Isabelle - “Izzy” - Part of our sanctuary not up for adoption

Meet Izzy , She was a breeder surrender and will be joining us as a full time permanent resident of Adopt a Doodle SC due to behavioral concerns along with her age. She will be living her remaining years here with us.
