Adoption Application form

We simply like helping give exposure to Doodles out there in need of rehoming when we are at full capacity and cannot accept any new surrenders which unfortunately is our current situation. With that being said, Jacob is a 4 year old 35 lb Swiss Doodle (mini Bernedoodle and an Aussiedoodle). microchipped and neutered. He’s current with all vaccines (including leptospirosis and bordetella), heart-word negative (takes HeartGuard) and flea/tick prevention.

Jacob loves to play although initially is very excited when meeting people and tends to innocently and playfully jumps although this lasts less than a minute and he quickly settles down. He loves to play with other dogs and enjoys rolling in the grass. Nary a mean bone in his body and has been seen nurturing a hurt bird. Crate trained (although not needed in past 3 years), walks well on a leash. Jacob is completely housebroken and loves to run; a fence is a requirement as he will escape until he recognizes his new home.

Unfortunately, Jacob has significant separation anxiety since moving into the apartment. Subsequently, he must be paired with someone who is frequently home, placed with another dog. has a fenced yard and preferably children.

We simply like helping give exposure to Doodles out there in need of rehoming when we are at full capacity and cannot accept any new surrenders which unfortunately is our current situation. With that being said, Chloe is a standard goldendoodle approx. 1  1/2 years old.  She was rescued from a neglect situation by an elderly couple, not realizing she was pregnant.  She has weaned her babies and now mama Chloe and the remaining two 10 week old female puppies (Thelma and Louise) are ready for forever homes.  They are all good with other dogs, horses, donkeys and cats.. We simply like helping give  exposure to Doodles out there in need of rehoming when we are at full capacity and cannot accept any new surrenders which unfortunately is our current situation. With that being said,  Cinnamon is a beautiful 7 year old spayed brittany spaniel/poodle mix and is up to date on her vaccines. Cinnamon does great with voice commands, is amazing on leash and is getting much better with accidents inside but still needs work as she will still go on carpet. She is kennel trained and does amazingly in the car. She is great off leash as well and will come when you call her. With that being said,  Elliot is a  16 month old Goldendoodle. He is fully crate trained and potty trained, but is still a puppy at heart and energetic. He is up-to-date on all of his shots and is not neutered.          He gets along with children and unfortunately his family just needs to rehome him due to moving. We simply like helping give exposure to Doodles out there in need of rehoming when we are at full capacity and cannot except any new surrenders which unfortunately is our current situation. With that being said,  Stanely is approximately 60lbs.  He is 2 ft from paw to shoulder.  From head to paw he is 3 1/2 ft. tall. and cream in color.  Stanley must be the only male dog in the home.  He is suffering from litter mate syndrome.  While he does fine with the other dogs in the home, he is not friendly with the other male dogs.
